I had to create a new username because every time I try and reset my password I get the following error message:
"Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: '[string: "Des"]'
/lib/functions.asp, line 62"
Please help as my old username has all of my created tabs.

Hi dweintraub25,
I believe we have a site issue with one of the special characters in the password you initially used. In order to fix this for you your password has been reset and emailed to your account. Any questions/issues let us know!
